The library gives for instance (see releasenotes for complete list):
* Better documentation
* Improved initialization (removed parameters for start values,etc.)
* More components and examples
* No default values on parameters (instead given as start values)
* enumerations instead of packages with constants
* Some critical bugfixes

The language includes for instance:
* Balancing of models
* restrictions on connectors
* new elementwise operators (.+, .-, .*, etc)
* Modelica 3 graphical annotations (separate ticket : #1413 and #1414)
