1756	OMEdit should be able to convert files to UTF-8	Per Östlund	Adeel Asghar	OMEdit refuses to load files that are not encoded as UTF-8, which is correct but not very userfriendly. It would be much better if OMEdit would tell the user that the file(s) is incorrectly encoded, and offer to convert the file(s) to UTF-8. I'm sure that QT is capable of doing that relatively easy. I know that it's actually OMC that refuses to load the file, but I think the conversion functionality fits better in OMEdit.	enhancement	closed	critical	1.9.0	OMEdit	trunk	fixed
