this is just a ticket so that we don't forget. Adrian and I made a working 64bit version of OMC for Windows which resides in the branch mingw64.

Before we can merge it into the trunk, a few decisions have to be made:
- Shall we distribute both a 32 and a 64bit OMC simultaneously
- If so, we need a new folder structure, i.e.
   * bin/omc.exe and bin/omc64.exe, or
   * bin/omc.exe and bin64/omc.exe
  same holds true for lib/
- What about OMDEV: Shall we have one combined 32bit and 64bit repo or an OMDEV32 and an OMDEV64 repo
