2582	do more check in checkModel	Lennart Ochel	probably noone	"There are already some warnings for parameters with binding and fixed=false, without binding and fixed=true, and so on (some cases are still not covered, see https://trac.openmodelica.org/OpenModelica/browser/trunk/testsuite/simulation/modelica/initialization/parameters.mos?rev=19092). Unfortunately, some of them are thrown in the front end and some in the back end. It would be better to move all of them to the front end, because then they get also covered by “checkModel”. 
Due to some issues in the front end, this cannot be done right now. So I will move all of the warning back into the back end to keep them all together.
