2665	DrModelica chapter on time is wrong	Per Östlund	Adeel Asghar	"The entire chapter on time (under section 6) in DrModelica is wrong. It talks about time.start being set to the start time of the simulation and how it can be used in models. But time.start is not accessible in a model, see the entry for 'attribute' in appendix A of the spec.

The chapter does point out that this currently doesn't work in Modelica, but since there's no plans that I know of to allow it I don't see the point of the chapter.
