since wbraun told me there are issues with arrays of records within algorithms/functions I did rework my model and got the whole thing within a normal model (all computation is parameter allocation).

The problem is the access of arrays within the for-loop.
This causes the compiler to fail creating the simulator.

Find attached an example model with the issue.
