1) open it in OMEdit
2) right-click on ""Test0"" and select ""new Modelica Class"". Give the class name ""M"" and leave everything other as prompted. The model appearance in text mode appears faulty (no text).
3) save the package.

At this point the package does not contain ""M"", as can be verified with any text editor.

There must be a variation of this procedure that causes the entire package to be destroyed (zero-byte file). It has happened to me sometimes, but I cannot say an exact procedure to replicate this.
