3654	Empty icon rendering broken in latest nightly v1.9.4--dev-699-g7205327	Dietmar Winkler	Adeel Asghar	"I  noticed that in the latest nightly (might also have been in some nightlys before that the rendering of the ''empty'' icons in the diagram layer is broken. Normally when an component without an icon definition was pulled into the diagram layer, OMEdit used to create a frame around it.
