Unfortunately moving a component just by one step requires the navigation of 2 context menu levels which is the quite cumbersome.

I propose to implement the following shortcuts^^*^^

 * ""Move up"": `Ctrl+Up`
 * ""Move down"": `Ctrl+Down`
 * ""Move to top"": `Ctrl+PgUp`
 * ""Move to bottom"": `Ctrl+PgDown`
