For the first one, the user gets some hint by an example popping up when hovering over the title of the box, which is already quite good. I'd suggest to add a link to the [https://openmodelica.org/doc/OpenModelicaUsersGuide/latest/omchelptext.html User's Guide page], so that one can immediately get a comprehensive list of all options available. In fact, I understand the online page refers to the latest nightly build, so it might be out of sync - then, it might be better to store the html page internally when building the tool and use OMEdit's html viewer to show it.
