3865	OMEdit fails to import a 2.0 FMU that contains both ME and CS	Christian.Bertsch@…	Martin Sjölund	"The Error occurs with: OMEdit v1.9.5-dev-20-g6cc344e; Connected to OpenModelica v1.9.6 and the attached FMU exported from Dymola. According to the FMI specifictaion, it is allowed, that an FMU containes both ME and CS implementations.

There is an additional error regarding derivatives attributes, while the FMI compliance Checker reports not errors or warnings.
