3945	OMC doesn't build with hdf5 1.10	Per Östlund	Martin Sjölund	"ModelicaExternalC is incompatible with the newest release of the hdf5 library, which I have already reported here: [modelica:#2001]. This also causes the build of OMC to fail, since it depends on ModelicaExternalC.

Until this is fixed upstream, are there any workarounds for this issue?
