System Used: Windows 10 64 bit

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file ""flash_sum.mo""
2. Select and Simulate the file
3. Once simulation is finished, go to the Simulation Output window and click on ""Debug more""
4. OMEdit crashes and the crash report window shows up
5. After filling the mail ID for crash report and clicking on ""Send Report"", nothing happens and eventually user has to Cancel.

Expected Result: Transformation Debugger should be displayed

Actual Result: OMEdit crashes without being able to send crash report."	defect	closed	blocker	1.11.0	OMEdit		duplicate
