To reproduce: 
- generate any fmu
- run fmuChecker on the fmu 

Run fmuCheker from windows command line, not mingw64 terminal as it will find libstdc++-6.dll then.

This is happening for both the 1.11-dev.beta1 and the 1.12-dev (master).
