If we add a component from the Library to the Diagram View, we get something like this:
{{{Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Basic.Resistor resistor1 annotation( ...);}}}

If we now edit the parameters e.g. R = 1 via contextmenu->parameter, the line will change into:

{{{Modelica.Electrical.Analog.Basic.Resistor resistor1(R = 1)__annotation( ...);}}}

Have you ever noticed the two spaces? Or do they have a special reason?
