Plot Windows can be mouse-dragged using the window upper bar => correct.
But what is really weird is that the windows can be dragged this way very high, so that they can be brought below the toolbar(s).
If this is done, the plot window cannot be dragged anymore, nor deleted or iconised. It stays there, partially visible, up to the next OMEdit restart.
