4422	Installation of OpenModelica fails if not explicitly executed as Administrator	alexander.pollok@…	Adeel Asghar	"Installing Openmodelica 1.11 64bit on a Windows 10 Machine with the latest updates (2017-05-01) and on an account that had Administrator rights, the installation program aborted shortly before finishing with an error. This was reproducable.

After repeating the installation using the right click -> ""run as administrator"" command, it worked without any problems.
