4688	The Crash Report feature doesn't work	Francesco Casella	Adeel Asghar	"I've tried many times in the last few months to use the Crash Report feature (the last time being when I reported #4687, but when I finally click on Send Report, the reporting never ends even after 10 minutes or so. Eventually, I need to kill the process.
