4695	New Array Plot Window behavior is not clear	Andrea Bartolini	Jan Silar	"I've not understood the behavior of the {{{New Array Plot Window}}} and I've not found documentation about it in the official site:

It seems that it works like an Histogram Plot, in which each array element corresponds to a point and the distribution is between 0 and 1.

Is its purpose to plot something like a spectrum of signals? 
Can you please explain this new feature?
