4987	Only put root package files in OMEdit history	Francesco Casella	Adeel Asghar	"If you open a Modelica library spread over multiple files and inspect many of them, next time you open OMEdit, all the individual files show up in the ""Recent Files"" list. Unfortunately:
- those who are not the root files of the package cannot be opened,
  so they are useless
- in fact, they displace the useful ones, which are thrown out of the list

This behaviour has popped up recently, though I cannot say exactly when"	defect	closed	blocker	1.13.0	OMEdit		fixed
