5292	Can't run OpenModelica install-executable on Windows via explorer	Andreas Heuermann	Adeel Asghar	"I can't run the install executable for OpenModelica (downloaded from https://build.openmodelica.org/omc/builds/windows/nightly-builds/64bit/OpenModelica-v1.14.0-dev-62-g8a20ce05c-64bit.exe) with a double-click in Windows Explorer.
Also right-clicking and ""Run as Administrator"" does not work.
In both cases Windows indicates that something is working (with that round spinning symbol next to the cursor) but nothing happens. No process is visible in the Task-Manager.

Workaround: Running via Cmd on Windows does start the Setup Wizard.

I am using Windows 10 Enterprise with full admin rights.
The problem is probalby connected to ticket #4829 and my PC is set up to ignore ""unsafe"" executables completly."	defect	new	normal		Installation program	v1.14.0-dev-nightly		Installation Windows executable	Adrian Pop
