5400	Moving a model in package breaks other models	massimo ceraolo	Per Östlund	"to reproduce the issue both mo files must be loaded and the txt file should be added in the OMEdit working directory.

Once both mo files are loaded 
1) open myEVPkg.WithRecord.EVBasicMB.
2) Run this model -> everything it ok.
3) click on ""Car"", and move it downwards through ctrl+down arrow.
4) run again EVBasicMB -> it does not run anymore!
