1) load test.mo (without putting NEDC.TXT in the OMEdit working directory)
2) open and simulate EVBasic => the program correctly complains about the missing ""NEDC.TXT""
3) copy NEDC.TXT in the OMEdit working directory 
4) click on ""Simulate"" button again => simulation is successful, but OMEdit does not switch into plotting perspective.

Tested with a.13.1 under windows 64 bit."	defect	closed	normal	1.14.0	OMEdit	v1.13.2	fixed
