1) load OMEdit
2) unfold Modelica
3) click on a package, e.g. ""Electrical""
4) hit the ""del"" button and click on ""yes"".

At this point the entire folder is deleted from Modelica. Fortunately, this change cannot be saved, and therefore MSL on disk is unchanged.

Is this the intended behaviour? Or since MSL is a system library it should not be tampered with?
