E.g the available solver methods and log flags are different for Cpp. (CVODE is the standard integrator for Cpp but only dassl is shown).

The Cpp-Runtime ignores the setting for the chosen integrator method set via OMEdit Simulation Setup window. It could use dassl but ignores it.

Not all logging flags are supported by OMEdit. So they should not be visible in the dialog. For example for `LOG_RES_INIT` OMEdit returns
