Looking at the [https://github.com/modelica-3rdparty/ExternData/blob/cffbb4d59913bb08e7b47fab35cf4305f7424b7a/ExternData/Examples/package.mo#L99 source code], I don't understand why this should be the case. The function is called with an inner parameter {{{xslfile}}} and with a literal constant.
