5801	Diagram size in OMEdit	massimo ceraolo	Adeel Asghar	"As far as I know, the Modelica standard size for diagrams and models is 100x100.

Therefore, when an existing model is opened, which does not have Diagram annotations, it should receive a 100x100 size.

I've changed the default Diagram top and bottom Extent for new models (in Tools|Options|GraphicalView|Diagram View) into 80 and -80 respectively.

I've noticed that OMEdit uses this size (i.e. vertical span between -80 and 80) when loading models having no Diagram annotation, which I suppose is wrong, and indeed makes, e.g., many models from OpenHPL library to go outside the diagram borders.
