Unfortunately, people who did not participate directly in these developments are not even aware of the existence of this documentation.

My advice is to add hyperlinks pointing to this documentation to the [https://openmodelica.org/doc/OpenModelicaUsersGuide/latest/index.html OpenModelica User's Guide], which is the reference for all users. This would ensure that these documents can be accessed, and provide detailed and valuable information about how the tool works. 

Commercial tools have a point at keeping this secret, we should instead promote being open about these details.

My advice is that people and organization that worked on OMC-related funded projects that produced deliverables, as well as people who presented technical developments at the Annual Meetings, could send the links to @adeas31, and he could then add them to the documentation.
