Second, after a successfull FMU loading, each time I simply click on the editor sheet or resize the FMU, again a long time is taken before giving the hand to the user. Should be reduced to zero-time consuming, shouldn't?

My FMUs are exported from Dymola (with license-free for use). I can give you some if needed.
