- Open any MSL model, e.g. Modelica.Blocks.Examples.Filter
- Simulate 200.000 intervals, so the simulation takes a while

Until about 10 Dec 2020, the tab switched to Output right at the start of the simulation, so one could see error messages printed to stdout during the simulation.

Now, the compilation tab remains stuck until the end of the simulation, preventing the user to see what is going on.

Most likely one of the two commits of 9 Dec 2020 is to blame, please check that and restore the previous behaviour in time for 1.17.0 beta.
