    11I just got user feedback describing this issue and checked whether there is already a ticket for it.

    3 The problem of the OM environment variables not being set for all users when installing as "admin" (Windows 7) seems to persist in release v1.11.0. However, I think in a cooperate setting, the temporal "admin" rights given to users might be some restricted form of admin. Maybe this can play a role, too?
