Description
This is related to https://github.com/OpenModelica/OMCompiler/pull/1023 where the flaw was fixed for HTML file naming. But it seems that the characters {<} and {>} still cause for Windows. Specifically {Complex.'<>'.svg} which causes now people on Windows no longer being able to pull documentation updates from the repo that contains those files:
error: unable to create file Modelica 3.2.3/Resources/helpOM/Icons/Complex.'<>'.svg: Invalid argument
