Please check ​Buildings.Applications.DataCenters.ChillerCooled.Equipment.Validation.IntegratedPrimaryLoadSide.

The NF fails during NFFlatten.flatten with

Error: Internal error Instantiation of Buildings.Applications.DataCenters.ChillerCooled.Equipment.Validation.IntegratedPrimaryLoadSide failed with no error message.

This issue also affects other models
