    1 Do you still have OPENMODELICALIBRARY define in the environment variables after you installed 1.18.0?

    22@adeas31 added code in 1.18.0 to remove it from the environment variables.
    33The package manager will not work if is set and even worse if is set to the old installation which was removed.
