Description
Just tried to compile omc from trunk r3682 and it fails because a folder is not created.
Error message is attached.

Hi,
OpenModelica/build/include SHOULD BE CREATED BY:
svn co https://openmodelica.ida.liu.se/OpenModelica/trunk|https://openmodelica.ida.liu.se/OpenModelica/trunk OpenModelica
Something is VERY wrong with your svn client, OR you deleted the
OpenModelica/build/include directory yourself.
