Modelling issue for state events. Time events it's working.

If a petri net is simulated and the transitions do not depend on time but on
calcuated data (such as voltages or currents) the trannsitions never fire (i.e.
the events are not caught).
Workaround: Invocation of a high-frequency pulse source to force the simulator
to smaller time steps.
