In general if Eclipse does not give any features, it means you already
have installed the latest available version.

When trying to update MDT from
http://www.ida.liu.se/labs/pelab/modelica/OpenModelica/MDT/. (following the
instructions on the MTD page) Eclipse reports that no features were found on
the selected site.
