Change filenames in error messages to the basename if the testsuite is running

Description
We have issues with the paths when running the testsuite. MathCore uses absolute paths that are not part of the testsuite, and relative paths breaks Per's testscript. So using only the basename of the file seems like a good approach.
A fix is in my working copy. I just need to update the affected testcases.
