In the text mode the OMEdit menu items are grayed out so you cannot save the model

Description

When you make a new Model, go to the Text Mode and write your model via text
the File menu and toolbar are grayed out so you *CANNOT SAVE* the model.

I think that even if the model is read-only the save toolbar and save menu should not be grayed out. You should only display a warning on save: 

file is read-only, are you sure you want to overwrite it?

You can not save readonly models. The readonly models are those that are defined in MSL. However, now you can save your own models and the application is not grayed out.

Not graying out the application when user is in text view can lead to other problems, but it tried to fix them and hopefully it will work fine.
