printing with OMNotebook does not work

Description
The Print option in the File menu of OMNotebook produces several warnings, and the resulting printing is defective.
Open Modelica version=1.6.0
Operating System= windows 7
Warnings for a simple notebook with a single text Cell and a single Input Cell
- heading=uu3; content=text in the text Cell
- heading=700; content=606

Ok, I got an email reply with sample files describing this issue. Adrian needs to compile a new OMNotebook to get rid of the error messages. I'll also try to fix the weird plotxtitle that appears instead of the results of an input box.

Fixed in r7460. Note: I think printer settings (margin/etc) has a lot to do with how good the results will look (my plots sometimes get cropped). I'll attach a pdf to show this. But things seem to work a lot better than before...
What part of it is defective? I removed the debug messages and left-justified the headings weeks ago.
