Move /trunk/c_runtime to /trunk/SimulationRuntime/c

Description

As we will have more simulation runtimes we should create a directory:

/trunk/SimulationRuntime

to store all the runtimes. So:

/trunk/SimulationRuntime/c      // moved from trunk/c_runtime
/trunk/SimulationRuntime/cpp    // future CPP runtime from Bosch
/trunk/SimulationRuntime/csharp // Pavol's runtime (c# might not work as a directory, so csharp is better)
/trunk/SimulationRuntime/fmi    // FMI runtime
/trunk/SimulationRuntime/java   // maybe a runtime for java
