OMEdit marks newly opened files as changed

Description
If you open a file containing a model and then open the model, it will be marked as changed (with a little star after the name in the tab) by OMEdit. Saving the model causes it to change status to unchanged. Saving the model and then opening it again will once again show it as changed. This does not happen when opening models from the MSL, only models loaded by the user.
