OMEdit: Editing a file and saving it, erase all comments and reorganise the modelica file

Description
It annoying that the own modelica file with comments(c-style) and an own format(e.g. blank lines) is replaced by the file from the compiler.

Yes that is true. OMC does not preserve user formatting. Its already reported, https://openmodelica.org:8443/cb/issue/1001?navigation=true
As far as I know someone is working on it. But when it is done....No idea.
