renameClass API takes very long time when Modelica library is loaded

Description
renameClass starts refactoring the library models and takes ages to complete when loadModel(Modelica) is done.
Adrian you have fixed similar kind of issue with renameComponent API and added a new renameComponentInClass API. You can do the same with this one also :)
