Class tree is collapsed when saving a package in OMEdit

Description
When saving a package it's reloaded, and during this process the class tree for the package is reset to collapsed form. We should keep the tree in the same state as it was before saving to not confuse the user, or as close as possible since classes might have been added or removed.
