Description
Make simulation helptext available from OMNotebook:
- Step 1: Make the helptext available in the regular C runtime (not simulation part)
- Step 2: Call this function through System.mo
- Step 3: Make help() able to return this

This should be fixed with r15269... And the commit someone else makes that adds the help-text for the interactive environments. Should probably tell the user how to get html documentation from OpenModelica.Scripting.loadModel, etc...
