Graphical annotations enable, tab, and group not supported by OMEdit

Description
The annotations enable, tab, and group are widely used in the MSL to make the list of parameters more readable, and avoid the user to set parameters which are not relevant.
I would recommend to support this feature (see Section 17.6 of the Modelica Specification) in OMEdit as soon as possible.

These annotations are taken care of now. However, OMC still not able to evaluate the annotations that uses the parameters in them. So OMEdit won't create tab and group for such annotations and they will appear in default tab and group.
