Description
Hi,
I have a computer with german Windows 8 and the current nightly-build (r16007).
When I change the icon of a component, this change is not reflected in tabs where this model is being used. Even closing and reopening the model/tab does not help. Instead, I have to unload and load the whole package.

This ticket was not closed for 1.9.1, which has now been released. It was batch modified for milestone 1.9.2 (but maybe an empty milestone was more appropriate; feel free to change it).

This issue has now been fixed in a development branch https://github.com/adeas31/OMEdit/tree/indentation for OpenModelica 1.9.4 final release.
