Description
It is desirable that the PySimulator from DLR
is packaged together with OpenModelica for the 1.9.0, and that
its functionality in OM 1.9.0 is verified

The idea is to verify that the current version of PySimulator works together with OpenModelica. There was some testing and fixes done during the fall 2012 and early spring 2013 by Anand Ganeson. If there are bugs, they should be fixed.
PySimulator can still be included, with information that it currently only works under Windows. (Analogously, we distribute OMNotebook, but not on the Mac platform).
Including this in the release does not involve making binaries. The user still has to install Python on his platform to make it run.

It has been already verified under Windows with OM 1.9.0 and the users guide is also included to OpenModelica usersguide. See Chapter 13 Section 13.7.
It cannot be included as it is Windows-only at this time. Also, the latest released version of PySimulator does not support OpenModelica.
