saveTotalSCode changes operator records dumping and the result cannot be parsed back

Description

Try any model that uses Complex and do saveTotalSCode on it.
The file that you get back is not parse-able anymore.

Also, as far as I remember, currently you need to delete
some of the builtin functions from the file too, but I
think I have a local fix for that.
